How to Return an Item

Eligibility for Returns: You can return your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging (box, t-shirt bag, tags, and accessories). Refunds will only be processed if the complete packaging is received.

Starting the Return Process: To initiate a return or replacement, email us at oyieeofficial@gmail.com or call us at +91 7890875125 within 3 days of receiving your order. Our support team will guide you and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA), required for processing your return.

Sending Back Your Item: Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

Processing Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Replacement Policy

If your order has a size issue, defective product, or is damaged in transit, we will replace the product at no extra cost. Even if the box/packaging is damaged during transit, you are still eligible for a replacement. Replacements are subject to availability and will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

For damaged or defective items, kindly include clear photos when contacting us. Products returned without proper packaging or authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
